Child Development

Our Developmental Paediatrics service provides assessment and therapy for children and adolescents with developmental, learning, and behavioural concerns, all in one centre.

Paediatric Endocrinology & Diabetes

Paediatric endocrinology is focused on the treatment of children and adolescents with disorders related to growth, puberty, diabetes, and other hormonal disorders.

Our Paediatric Endocrinology service provides a holistic assessment and management plan for children and adolescents with hormonal problems, diabetes and obesity.

We offer individualised treatment plans focused on the child’s health needs and aim to ensure that a patient-centered care is delivered.

Treatment plans cover the following concerns:

  • Growth problems, such as underweight, short, poor growth as well as overweight and obese.
  • Pubertal disorders, such as entering puberty too early or too late.
  • Thyroid disorders, such as under or overactive thyroid gland disorders.
  • Childhood diabetes mellitus using injections, insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring devices.
  • Childhood bone health disorders, such as rickets and Vitamin D Deficiency amongst others Pituitary and adrenal disorders.
